This project involved the construction of a new basement to a terraced property in the heart of Knightsbridge, whilst retaining the existing structure above.

The house was further enlarged on the ground and upper floors with new extensions including a ‘glass-lounge’ extension to the ground floor.  The project involved a mix of modern and traditional design, and retained many original features including the front façade and the original fire-places.  High quality Audio-Visual systems were installed with Lutron lighting controls and KEF speaker systems throughout the house, hidden in walls and ceilings. Air Conditioning was installed throughout the new basement and to all bedrooms. Chase undertook a complete refurbishment of the property.
